Volunteer Opportunities

Year-Long- Individual - Recurring

Youth Development Volunteer

Youth Development Volunteers assist our Youth Development Professionals by helping with our afterschool program including assisting and leading engaging activities, handing out snack, monitoring recess, and helping youth with academic work during power hour. Like our YDPs, YDVs receive comprehensive training on how to work with youth that can be transferred to other youth work occupations. YDVs have the opportunity to volunteer from 3:30-6:30 MTThF, and 1-6:30 on Wednesday during the regular school year. This is by far our largest area of need.

Athletics Volunteer

Athletics Volunteers help deliver our athletics programs. They serve as coaches, referees, and scorekeepers. Like our YDV’s, AV’s receive training on how to work with youth that can be transferred to other youth work occupations.

Grants Volunteer

Are you skilled in fundraising? Can you provide training support for our staff to increase our impact? If so, the best fit for you may be as a Grant Team Volunteer. GTVs would work at our Downtown location to assist our grant team in finding, applying, and monitoring grants.

Office Assistant Volunteers

The Club is in need of fluent speakers of non-English languages, especially Spanish, to help translate important Club documents as well as assist our non-English families with registration. Office Assistant Volunteers would work at our Downtown location to assist our registration team. Experience is transferable to other office positions.

Facilities Volunteers

Do you enjoy ensuring places are clean, well-kept, and welcoming? If so, consider volunteering with our facilities coordinator to take care of our sixteen clubhouses around the Bellevue Area. FV’s need to be available between the hours of 7am and 1pm.
